MYBLOCKBASE
Privacy Policy

About this policy
This policy explains how MyBlockBase handles information when you use the website, app and community. If you have a privacy question, email myblockbasesupport@gmail.com.
Your account
When you create an account, we store your email, display name, profile picture and account ID. Your password is stored as a secure hash. If you sign in with Microsoft, your Microsoft account ID and email may be linked to your account. We also keep sign-in and session information to help you stay signed in and protect your account.
Your worlds and build projects
Worlds, build projects, material lists, checklists, palettes, seeds, notes, saved game coordinates, screenshots and reference photos may be stored on your device or in your account so you can return to them later. Minecraft coordinates describe a place in your game world, not your real-world location. Backups and files you export remain under your control. Multiplayer build battles also use player IDs, entries, scores and online presence to run a shared session.
Reading coordinates from screenshots
When you select a screenshot in Save Location, text recognition runs on your device to read the game coordinates. You can check and correct the result before saving. If you save the screenshot with a location, that image may be stored on your device or with your account.
Sharing with the community
Forum posts and replies, player profiles and comments, tutorials, palettes, and Share Your World images and captions may be visible to other people. Share only content you have permission to post and avoid including private information. Submissions are reviewed manually where approval is required. Text filters, reports and account blocks help keep the community safe. We store report details, relevant account or content IDs and review decisions so we can investigate problems. Some older gallery blocking controls use display names and device identifiers.
Free tools and optional donations
MyBlockBase tools are free to use. If you choose to support the project through Buy Me a Coffee, that service handles the donation and payment information under its own policies. Donations are optional and do not unlock features. Records of past transactions may be kept where needed to answer support requests, reconcile payments or meet record-keeping requirements.
Advertising and your choices
The website may show Google AdSense ads, and the app may show Google AdMob banners. Google advertising services may collect your IP address, which can indicate approximate location; device identifiers; ad views and clicks; product interactions; and crash or performance information. Google uses this information to provide and measure ads, run its services, and help prevent fraud. The app is configured to request nonpersonalized, general-audience ads with under-age-of-consent treatment. Nonpersonalized ads can still involve data collection. Player Finder age groups are not age verification and are not used to personalize ads. Available advertising privacy choices depend on your platform and region. Google consent options are separate from Apple tracking permission.
Website activity and notifications
Website analytics and hosting services may record page visits, basic network or device information, and error logs so we can understand use and fix problems. The website’s route analytics tracker is not included in the native app. Sign-in and advertising providers may keep their own diagnostic records. Community notifications are linked to your account. Device notifications depend on your permissions. Service emails, such as submission and moderation updates, may be sent through Floot.
Services and links we use
Floot provides hosting, account, database and file-storage services. Microsoft supports sign-in, Google supports advertising, and Buy Me a Coffee handles optional donations. Seed lookups send the seed and search details to the service that provides the results. When you open an external tutorial, video or reference link, its provider may receive information about your visit under its own privacy policy.
Deleting your account
You can request account deletion in Profile → Account → Delete MyBlockBase account. Follow the confirmation steps to verify that the account is yours. Accepted requests sign you out and start removal of your account and saved data. Your public content is removed or anonymized; other people’s replies and battle entries may remain. File cleanup, backups and cached copies can take longer to disappear. Older gallery uploads may need a manual ownership check. We may retain limited deletion, safety and past-transaction records where needed to complete requests, investigate abuse or reconcile payments. Service providers follow their own retention policies. Files you exported and copies saved by other people cannot be removed remotely. Contact support with your deletion request ID if you need an update.
Your privacy choices
You can choose what to share publicly, use available advertising privacy controls, and ask to access, correct or delete your information by contacting support. We may need to confirm that the account or content belongs to you. Browser and device storage remember your sign-in, settings and local projects. We use access controls and other safeguards to protect information, although no online service can promise complete security.
Children and policy updates
Do not post a child’s personal information, photo or other identifying details in public community areas. If you think this has happened, contact support so we can review it. Player-search categories do not verify anyone’s age. We will update this policy and the date above when our information practices change.
