1. About MyBlockBase
MyBlockBase is a free, independent Minecraft reference and building-planning service for the website and app. Its manual tools help you plan builds, organize your worlds and share with other players. By using MyBlockBase, you agree to use the service responsibly and follow these Terms of Use and the Community Guidelines.
Donations are entirely optional and do not unlock features or content. Optional donations are handled by Buy Me a Coffee under its own terms and policies.
2. Acceptable use
You may use MyBlockBase for lawful personal use. You may not use the service to abuse, harass, impersonate, threaten, spam, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service or other users.
3. Share Your World
When you submit an image, display name, or caption, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it follows the Community Guidelines. Do not upload private information, another person’s identifying information, or content you do not have permission to share.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting community content, you give MyBlockBase permission to host, reproduce, display, and format that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the community features of the service. This permission is non-exclusive and does not transfer ownership to MyBlockBase.
5. Moderation and removal
Community submissions are reviewed manually. MyBlockBase may review reports, restrict accounts, or remove community content that violates these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or that presents a safety, legal, security, or operational concern. Text filters may help flag inappropriate content, but moderation decisions are made by the owner or authorized moderators.
6. Intellectual property
MyBlockBase’s app design, original text, code, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit those materials except as permitted by law or with permission.
7. Minecraft and Mojang
MyBlockBase is an independent fan-made project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft and related marks are the property of their respective owners.
8. Third-party services
MyBlockBase relies on third-party services for hosting, storage, sign-in, advertising, optional donations, and seed lookups. External tutorials and reference links are also subject to their providers' terms and policies. MyBlockBase is not responsible for third-party services outside its control. Limited records of purchases made before paid features were removed may be retained for support and reconciliation.
9. Availability and information
We work to keep MyBlockBase useful and available, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or current. Minecraft game data and features can change, and information in the app may not always reflect every change immediately.
10. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, MyBlockBase is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or complete accuracy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or protections that cannot legally be limited.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as MyBlockBase changes. We will update the date above when changes are made. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes use under the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
